JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
• Campaign planning and execution
• Performance tracking
• Order and create marketing material adjusted to the local market
• Digital marketing strategy: Create the strategy and align it with Miele X
• Maintain website and webshop
• Plan content for newsletters, SoMe organic content
• Plan and execute dealer events and fairs
• Manage marketing country budget
• Create and manage a marketing plan aligned with local sales and Regional Management Team to develop awareness and increase lead generation
• Participate in Management Committees within the region, to shape all key operational decisions and review performance
Qualifications to succeed in the role, you:
• have strong communication, presenting, and relationship-building skills
• are a super user of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• are fluent in English and Danish
• have a digital mindset
• are self-motivated, autonomous, and proactive
• be comfortable working in a matrix and international organization

The position is a full-time maternity cover at Miele’s headquarters in Glostrup, Copenhagen. Preferred start date: August 1st.
The position reports in a matrix directly to the Regional Director Marketing HCS and disciplinary to the Country Coordinator
